Imphal, June 11, 2009 : In view of the grievances and difficulties over the non finalisation of sectoral allocation for the financial year 2009-10 due to the shortfall in expenditure, mainly funds under Special Plan Assistance, and failure to furnish the utilisation certificates of various projects taken up during the financial year 2008-09, the state chief minister O Ibobi Singh has advised implementation of the National E-Governance Action Plan in the state during a recent meeting to review utilisation of funds during 2008-09.
