JOWAI, Jan 7, 2009: Columnist and freelancer from Jaintia Hills Rev. HH Mohrmen, along with a former reporter of a Guwahati- based English daily Sajeki Passah, on Wednesday lodged a complaint with the Jaintia Hills Deputy Commissioner objecting to the proposed seting up of a cement plant at Salang under Sutnga Elaka in Jaintia Hills.
