NORTH LAKHIMPUR, June 3, 2009 – The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) has engaged IIT, Guwahati to study the downstream impact of the existing Ranganadi Hydro-electric Project (RHEP) stage-I and the proposed RHEP stage-II and the Pare Hydel Project, in the downstream of the Dikrong Power Station.
